This therefore involves a dynamic from all of the actors in our Group in order to remain on the same wavelength as the needs of our clients and consumers are in constant change.
As a structural and vital element of our strategy, the quality control process is omnipresent. From the conception phase, to our daily operational decisions, to bearing in mind product recycling requirements at the end of their lifetime; we strive to make quality our priority.
Our products have been subject to all required testing and meet all applicable security demands.
If at any time fabrication or material defaults appear, ERARD will repair (parts and labor) or, if the product is beyond repair, exchange the product or defective piece at no charge for:
-ERARD Integration Systems products : 10 Year Warranty
-ERARD Motion Inside products: 10 Year Warranty – Motorization components : 2 Year Warranty
-ERARD Connection Systems products: 2 Year Warranty
-ERARD Reception System products: 5 Year Warranty
The Warranty does not cover the following :
-Damages due to an external cause, notably lightening, dropping the product, water damage, fire, etc.
-Transport expenses as well as any damage occurring during transport, associated with the validity of this warranty.
-Damages resulting from negligence, damage due to poor storage conditions, inappropriate installation, abnormal use, contrary to or nonconforming with the recommendations stipulated in user manuals, repairs carried out by persons without the authorization of ERARD, etc.
