Twisto Reinitializing Process

First of all, check to see that the product makes a « Beep » sound when it is plugged into the wall.

Verify that the plug clip (see the drawing below) is properly attached et that the power cable is connected to the motorized module.

Verify that :

The remote control is in the mode « Lift »
The light on the remote control lights up when you press on the directional buttons. If not, change the battery.
Verify that the module is upright (electronic card on top).
If the module has a Direct IR input cable, verify that is attached correctly. Try to make the manipulations directly to the cell place on the electronic card.

Unplug the unit and then plug it back in, retry and if nothing changes, reprogram the end stops as indicated below

Input the following sequence of buttons : « left », « up », « right », « left », « up », « right ». It should make a single beep sound ( if not, start again)
Place the screen in the central position and save by pressing the « up » arrow
Move screen to the desired end-stop on the right and save by pressing the « down » arrow
Move screen to the desired end-stop on the left and save by pressing the « down » arrow
Press on any one of the arrows to exit the end-stop program
